One more...

There is one more exam left for the completion of this first assessment...I am not satisfied with the way, I have done my assessments...I got to improve on it..In this new month..I should gear up with a new beginning....

Tougher....

Yesterday, the paper was tough again....I managed it.. But still, I think I got to work more for my exams..I was very casual of assessments..But I think I should consider it seriously and work for it...
I am always prone to silly,careless mistakes...I must cease doing it..
So, here the life is going on...Days flee fast...Now, I have got adopted to the kind of atmosphere in hostel...

-"It's only the beginning of the climb towards a bachelor degree...Life is infinity there are lots to come forth.....

Twas tough...

After completing my first assesment paper, I felt that papers would be easy here in Anna University...But I don't think that's the case..The second paper was tough..It made us think and do...which we had not practised for the last couple of years...Let's wait for the results...that's it...

A land of monkeys...

Did my first test well..Twas an easy paper...But I wasn't good at my handwriting, coz this hand was inactive for three full months..
But I improved on it..while I was writing..Hoping to do every exam well...

Here in Anna University monkey population has almost reached that of human ones.
We have two hostels for freshers...that is abt.450 students..And the number of monkeys around the hostels is more or less the same..
We are advised not to keep the room doors open.. If we do, then monkeys enter the room and will cause a massacre. So, we people are careful now-a-days...

Assesments from tomorrow...

Assesments is gonna commence right from tomorrow...I have prepared well..But I dunno, how well will I do the test...I am a bit nervous coz..this is the first step in my path towards attaining a B.E. degree....

Unexciting week....

Twas an unexciting week...This week-end, I am gonna stay at hostel, the reasons being, Ihave got assesments and the other one is, my brother is off-station for this week-end..So...got to be in the hostel this week end..and rust out...Nothing much..Just leading an orthodox but a satisfactory life here..That's it..

Hm...

Huh! Dates for assesments have been announced...It's commencing on 21st..This being the first assesment, I am a bit tremulous. A few days back there were some reports of theft in the hostel...got to protect my valuables...Got to be careful...Nothing much...

On a week end...

I am off this weekend to Tambaram, about 15 kms. from my college. My elder brother stays here in a small nice house along with a few of his college mates. I'll be there till tomorrow. Here there is a 24 hour water supply unlike my hostel...

Here in Chennai, daily we use to have a heavy down pour...Yesterday I was fully drenched when i stepped into my brother's residence..from my hostel... I think this season might continue....for two and or months...I hope.

Fresher's party...

We became a bit nervous when we were noticed about the freshers party at the college notice board, to be held on 9th of september.
The day came. We all joined the party yesterday evening. We thought we would experience some ragging. But we didn't. We enjoyed the party. The seniors were friendly. The post-party session was a Tamil super-hit film at our open air ground. It went on till 9 PM. Then there was a heavy down-pour over here accompanied with thunder and lightning..Current went off and the film was stopped. And we all rushed to the hostel getting wet in the rain. The campus got back the current only at 11:45 PM.... But twas a nice enthralling day...

Path Finder...

Today we had a program called "PATH FINDER" for the mechanical freshers of College of Engineering, Guindy. It was interesting and informative. We had an useful interaction with our mechanical seniors..On the whole twas a very good experience...
